    Our refund policy applies to all payments made through our service, including:

    • First-time subscription purchases
    • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
    • Plan upgrades

    You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. There are no conditions or exceptions.

    2. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, simply send an email to:

    1. Send an email to afterwork@afterworkai.club with the subject line "Refund Request"
    2. Include the email address associated with your account
    3. No reason is required — we process all refund requests unconditionally

    Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

    3. Refund Method

    All payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

    4. Cancellation vs. Refund

    Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

    • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
    • Refund: Returns the payment for a recent charge. You may lose access to paid features after the refund is processed.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
