These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of haloxlabs.ai (the "Website") and HaloX (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
HaloX is a SaaS platform that helps businesses monitor and optimize their visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer systems. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, layouts, and functionality.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We offer subscription-based plans with varying feature access. Free trials may be available. Details of each plan are described on our Pricing page.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including subscription renewals. No conditions apply. To request a refund, contact us at afterwork@afterworkai.club.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and site design) is owned by Afterwork Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you connect, import, or upload to HaloX. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, your data will be removed from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Integrations and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.
You may connect third-party services to HaloX via OAuth 2.0 authorization, including but not limited to:
- Google Search Console — to retrieve search performance data (clicks, impressions, positions, queries) for your verified properties.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — to retrieve website traffic data (sessions, active users, engagement metrics, conversion events) for your connected properties.
By connecting these services, you explicitly authorize HaloX to access the data you select on your behalf. All access is read-only and limited to the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party service (e.g., Google Account Permissions).
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or bypass security features.
- Scrape or harvest content at scale using automated means in a way that harms the Service.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of Afterwork Lab or any third party.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
8. Disclaimer
The Service and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the content is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Afterwork Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
